2. Description of Service
Trendovate provides:
- Real-time trending topic analysis
- AI-powered content generation (hooks, scripts, posts)
- Strategy insights for content creators
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Trendovate.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
One Account: You may only create one account. Multiple accounts may be terminated without refund.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Plans
- Free: Limited access (view trends only)
- Pro ($25/month): 30 AI generations/day
- Business ($49/month): 50 AI generations/day
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments processed via Razorpay
- Prices are in USD
- No refunds for partial months
4.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime from your account settings
- Access continues until end of billing period
- No refunds for unused time
4.4 Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only in cases of:
- Technical issues preventing service use (verified by our team)
- Duplicate charges (within 7 days)

5. Usage Limits & Fair Use
- Generation Limits: Pro (30/day), Business (50/day)
- No Abuse: Automated scraping, excessive API calls, or attempts to circumvent limits are prohibited
- Violations: May result in account suspension or termination without refund
6. Content & Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
Content you generate using Trendovate is yours. You may:
- Use it commercially
- Modify it as needed
- Publish it anywhere
Important: You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with platform guidelines (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and does not infringe on others' rights.
6.2 Our Intellectual Property
Trendovate's software, design, algorithms, and branding are our property. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our software
- Create competing services using our data
- Remove our branding from exported content
7. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use Trendovate to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Spread misinformation or deepfakes
- Violate others' intellectual property rights
- Scrape or resell our data
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or outdated information. Always review and fact-check before publishing.
Not Professional Advice: Trendovate does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. Consult professionals for such matters.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for content you publish using Trendovate.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Trendovate is provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We are not liable for loss of revenue, data, or profits
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the service (excessive usage, harassment, etc.)
Upon termination, you lose access to all content and features.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Major changes will be notified via email or dashboard. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of [Your City], India.
